Cats are very sensitive. Some cats refuse to eat or drink when away from their usual living environment and their family. If we observe that your cat is not eating or drinking after several attempts of trying to feed her or him, we will contact you asap. If your cat is refusing to eat or drink while you are traveling and are unable to pick your cat up, we will ask for your permission to bring your cat to an experienced veterinarian clinic to evaluate your cat and for that veterinarian clinic to provide treatment that suits best your cat’s condition. We will inform you first, prior before making any decisions and before any medical treatment is applied or offered. In case your cat’s condition is life threatening we will let the medical veterinarian team make the best and fastest decision in order to save your cat’s life, in case we can’t get in touch with you.

I hereby authorize Calypso and Chloe Cat Boarding to bring my cat to a licensed medical center or licensed veterinarian in order for my cat to receive treatment for any condition that could be concerning or life-threatening.

I will reimburse Calypso and Chloe for the costs of those medical bills.

I release Calypso and Chloe from all liability associated with medical bills or pet care decisions.

Your Authorization Signature

For your cat’s stay at Calypso and Chloe:

Please bring sufficient food and snacks for your cat’s entire stay at time of drop off.

Please bring your cat’s favorite toys.

A personal item from you such as a sweater or blanket in order for your cat to be close to your scent.

Please leave your cat carrier with us, while your cat is in our care.

You do not need to bring litter, unless it’s a specific brand your prefer.

Cat Treats and Food provided by Calypso and Chloe are priced at $2 for a 3 oz can, $3 for a 6 oz can and $3 for treats for the day.
